Last Day as a Wienie Man

The boys and I made a trip down to the stand for one last visit with Luke as the Wienie Man (on the way there, we sang the "Wienie Man" song one last time!) I snapped a couple of pictures while we were there.
It has been a great year+, we've met a lot of neat and interesting people...some we will miss....some, maybe not. We are glad for the experience but excited to move on, literally!

I don't think he will bbq hot dogs for several years after doing this every day, and we WON'T miss the soaked in onion smell!

Of course the boys had to get one last FREE hot chocolate before we turn over ownership! And yes, I got my last free coffee...now I either have to drink brewed coffee at home or stop drinking it all together, I don't know which option is worse!

Today is a good day! We are looking forward to spending some fun family time together the next few days as we pack, celebrate Braden's third birthday and then hit the road on Tuesday morning. I'll post some pictures from B's birthday and any other little things we do... Luke's been talking to the boys about visiting the airplane museum one last time this weekend, we'll see.

One more week!

One week from today we will be one our way to the new house! The boys are excited and so are we. I have finally started to pack (a little). It is hard to do too much when we are still living here...cooking meals...playing with toys...all of the regular stuff. I am just going to have to buckle down and get it done pretty soon.

Luke is done at the stand on Thursday! Hooray the sale is finished!

I'm kind of testing this blog out, trying different things with it and just getting a feel for how it works, so this post isn't going to have much to it. There will be more to come and pictures as well. I don't know how good I will be at this (I know many people who blog almost EVERY DAY!), but I will do my best.

Here is a picture of the house (yes taken in the middle of winter) so we don't know what the yard looks like, it will be fun to find out!
